When selecting lamb at your local supermarket or butcher, look for bright pink or red coloured meat. And to make your lamb even tastier, use fresh Australian Rosemary. Delivered to supermarkets within 48 hours of harvest, Rosemary adds fantastic flavour to any lamb dish.
Well-priced, new season brushed potatoes from the Atherton Tablelands in North Queensland are now in store. Their firm texture makes them perfect for roasting with lamb.
