Woolworths eBusiness
The Woolworths eBusiness system allows you to do business with Woolworths using electronic technologies. It gives Trade Partners the ability to reduce manual intervention in day to day transactions with Woolworths.
What does Woolworths eBusiness include?
There are two components to the Woolworths eBusiness system:
1. eBusiness Gateway
This is a system to system exchange of documents and is based on Electronic Data Interchange. This system enables the electronic transmission of documents between Woolworths and Trade Partners. Documents transferred over the eBusiness Gateway can include purchase orders, remittance advice, delivery notices, invoices and inventory data.
2. eBusiness Portal (WOWLink)
This is a system to person information exchange that uses standard web browser technology. Thousands of Trade Partners use the WOWLink portal every week to access a range of tools and applications. New applications are continually being added to WOWLink including:
- Replenishment reports.
- Transport Management System.
- Stock and Service Level data.
