What is the Fresh Food Grant?
The $1million Woolworths Fresh Food Grant was announced by Woolworths CEO, Michael Luscombe, on the 20th Anniversary of the marketing campaign that launched 'The Fresh Food People' brand (28 June 2007).
A single grant of $100,000 may be awarded annually for 10 years (2007 to 2016) to encourage Australian fresh food producers to develop commercially viable and environmentally sustainable fresh food initiatives.
