This week at the National Markets:
Crunchy snow peas are now available at your local supermarket or greengrocer. Recent warm weather in Bundaberg in Queensland has created ideal growing conditions, so quality is great. Expect prices to fall in the coming weeks as supply increases.
Also available are new season lemons. With the Queensland season coming to an end, new season lemons from growing regions in Victoria and South Australia are now available – and are great value.

Also in season are creamy Hass Avocados from central and southern Queensland. Slightly larger than usual, these avocadoes are fantastic quality and great value. Choose avocadoes with a dark brown skin.
This week at the WA Markets:

New season Zucchini is now available at your local supermarket or greengrocer. The warmer weather in the Carnarvon growing region has been ideal, so quality and prices are excellent. Look for Zucchinis with shiny firm skin.

Unfortunately though there is limited supply of Broccoli and Cauliflower. Cool weather in growing regions Lancelin and Carabooda has slowed production, so prices are higher than usual, but quality is still great.

Strawberries from Wanneroo are also now in season. As supply increases over the next two weeks, prices will ease. They're delicious and perfect for a snack.
