Woolworths is committed to upholding human rights, not only with respect to its own employees but also in its supply chain. Our ethical Sourcing policy addresses four key areas and is supported by a compliance audit program

Audits are conducted by experiencing third party auditors who identify if there are any critical or non critical, non-conformances and any breaches require immediate resolution or corrective action.
