Checkout bags

As part of our ongoing commitment to creating a better environment, we offer a range of reusable bags in-store. We offer green Woolworths bags and chiller bags for purchase! We encourage customers to re-use bags wherever possible, and you'll find a plastic bag recycling bin at the front of most Woolworths/Safeway stores. Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not totally satisfied with a purchase, Woolworths offers an exchange and refund service. Proof of purchase is required for all goods valued over $15, and refunds and exchanges are subject to our company policy and procedures. We also offer an exclusive range of beautiful, fresh flower arrangements and potted plants from Clover Hill. These beautifully pre-wrapped arrangements are perfect for decorating the house or for a last minute gift!

Flexible Payment Options

We offer a choice of payment options - including cash, EFTPOS, credit card and cheque. We accept personal, government, bank and travellers' cheques (in Australian currency) subject to our company policy and procedure. If you're paying with a cheque, please bring identification with you - and speak to your Service Desk Manager if you need more information.

Entertain with confidence - with a platter from the Fresh Food People! Our deli team carefully select fresh, high quality, great-tasting products for every occasion. Ranging from simple shaved meats to Gourmet Antipasto selections, all platters are individually prepared and cater for all sized occasions. In-store Butchers

At most Woolworths/Safeway stores, qualified butchers and apprentices are trimming, preparing and packing over 200 different cuts of fresh meat.
