Heat a wok over high heat. When hot add oil and swirl to cover base of wok. Add bacon and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until golden. Add capsicum, shallots, peas and corn. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Reduce heat to medium and pour eggs over vegetables. Stir breaking egg up. Cook for 1 minute or until egg is just set. Add rice, prawns and soy sauce to wok and using 2 large spoons toss in wok until well combined and heated through. Spoon into bowls and serve.
