1. When will my schools Woolworths Earn & Learn equipment be delivered?

Woolworths Earn & Learn program partner Modern Teaching Aids (MTA) will deliver all ordered goods during the first school term of 2014. Deliveries will commence from 5/2/14 and continue throughout School Term 1 of 2014.

2. What about the freight charges?

There are no freight charges incurred by the registered participants for getting their Woolworths Earn & Learn good supplied to them.

3. When should I follow up on my delivery?

As we are delivering to thousands of schools, schools should only follow up on non-delivery after the end of Term 1, which is 11/4/14. 

If after the end of Term 1, a participating school has not received their goods, the school is to contact Modern Teaching Aids. The phone number for Modern Teaching Aids is 1800 251 497. These phone calls will be answered weekdays between 9am and 5pm (EDST).

4. I think there is a discrepancy in our schools order?

When the new educational equipment is delivered, participants will also receive a Delivery Docket. This Delivery Docket notes the equipment each school ordered. If there is any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was delivered the school is to call Modern Teaching Aids. 

5. Will our schools order arrive all at once?

The vast majority of deliveries to schools will receive their equipment as one single complete shipment. In some exceptional circumstances, schools may get a second shipment if an item will arrive to Modern Teaching Aids quite late. In this instance MTA may offer the school a split shipment so all other goods can be delivered in advance of the late item.

6. How do I know what my Woolworths Earn & Learn Points will be used for?

If you want to know what your local school plans to redeem their Woolworths Earn & Learn Points for please ask your school coordinator. 

7. The goods our school received got damaged. What can be done?

Any claim relating to the delivery of damaged goods must be notified to Modern Teaching Aids in writing within 7 days of delivery and the product will be replaced.

8. Who participated in the Woolworths Earn & Learn program?

The Woolworths Earn & Learn program was open to all Primary and Secondary Schools in Australia. Early Learning Centres (ELC) as per definition of Long Day Care on were also eligible.

School Principals and ELC Centre Directors registered on behalf of their school or ELC. Registrations were open from 29/3/13 to 9/6/13.

9. How does my school redeem its Woolworths Earn & Learn Points?

At the end of the promotion 9/6/13, registered participants were to collate all the Woolworths Earn & Learn Points Sheets collected. 

Woolworths Earn & Learn Points Sheets were to be received by Woolworths by 26 July 2013 for verification. Woolworths Earn & Learn Points Sheets received after 26 July 2013 will not be accepted.

Woolworths Earn & Learn Points were verified at the end of the promotion before they can were used to order educational equipment from the Woolworths Earn & Learn catalogue.  

10. When were orders placed?

An email notification will be sent to schools to confirm the total number of Woolworths Earn & Learn Points once the count was verified.  Registered participants must then place all orders for Goods by 20 September 2013.  

11. What does my school do with our school gate banner?

Schools should store their Woolworths Earn & Learn vinyl banner safely.
