1. Make a fresh salad by combining Afourer mandarin segments with shredded chicken, sliced red capsicum, rocket leaves and snow pea sprouts. Dress with a mixture of lime juice, olive oil, finely chopped red chilli and a little brown sugar
2. For a fresh fruit salad, combine Afourer mandarin segments with sliced green kiwifruit, cubed pears and sliced banana. Drizzle with a little lemon juice and honey before serving.
3. Make a refreshing breakfast juice by juicing 2 Afourer mandarins, 1 granny smith apple and 2cm piece peeled ginger. Pour over ice and top with mint leaves.
