Cupcakes

Ingredients:

185g butter
1 cup caster sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups self raising flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Nestle white choc bits
375g  Nestle white melts, melted
100g  Nestle smarties

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 patty tins with paper patty cases.
   
2. Beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
   
3. Fold in sifted flour alternately with milk. Stir in Nestle white choc bits.
   
4. Spoon mixture into prepared tins and bake 15 minutes until cooked. Cool on a wire rack.
   
5. Spread cupcakes with Nestle White Melts. Decorate with Nestle smarties, icing flowers, silver cachous or anything fun and edible.
