Fruit Smoothies with White Chia Seed

3 bananas or 2 mangoes or 1 punnet strawberries1 1/2 cups milk (whole milk, skim milk, soy milk, almond milk)1 tbsp honey (optional)2–3 tbsp Macro White Chia Seed2 cups water1 cup ice
Combine chia seed with water and soak for 20 minutes until a thick gel forms.In a blender, blend together chia seed gel and remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
For a thicker smoothie add 1/2 cup of your favourite yoghurt.
