Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas or 2 mangoes or 1 punnet strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (whole milk, skim milk, soy milk, almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 2–3 tbsp Macro White Chia Seed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup ice
  • Method:

  • Combine chia seed with water and soak for 20 minutes until a thick gel forms.
  • In a blender, blend together chia seed gel and remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
  • Tip:

    For a thicker smoothie add 1/2 cup of your favourite yoghurt.
