1 1/2 cups self raising flour1 egg2 tbsp oil1/2 cup milk140g tub Leggo’s Pizza Sauce2 tomatoes, sliced2 cups grated mozzarella cheese8 slices (65g) salami, cut into strips2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Make pizza dough by sifting flour into a bowl. Combine egg, oil and milk together and pour into flour. Mix to form a soft dough.Divide dough into 8 portions and roll each out to an 18cm round.Spread with pizza sauce to within 2 cm of the edge of each round. Top with tomato, cheese and salami. Sprinkle with chopped basil.Gather up edges to slightly cover filling and pinch together firmly to hold shape. Brush dough with a little extra milkPlace on a baking paper lined oven tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius for 10-12 mins or until golden brown.
Use toppings of your choice such as ham and pineapple instead of salami and basil, or use a takeaway pizza menu as a guide for other topping combinations.
