Look for firm plump and smooth-skinned gold kiwifruit. Store gold kiwifruit at room temperature out of direct sunlight until they yield slightly to gentle pressure. Once at this stage store in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. Simply peel gold kiwifruit then slice and enjoy. A good way to peel them is to cut a thin slice off each end then stand on a chopping board. Run a small sharp knife between the flesh and the skin to remove skin in strips.
