Cook as they are great with "Smashed" potatoes & coleslaw or The best burger in town.. simply rub a touch of olive oil on both sides and flatten with a spatula - thin as you like!!! BBQ, grill or panfry and put it straight on light toasted Turkish bread or a fresh wholemeal bun, whack on the cos lettuce, fresh thinly sliced tomato, plenty of mayo or yoghurt and of course your favourite yummy sauce. Slap it all together... and oh yeah... give me more!!!
