I believe that our wealth is measured by our health and in today's busy lives we often take this for granted. We should use our food to nourish and heal our bodies. However, we tend to only look at what we eat after we fall ill or when we gain weight and then it can sometimes be too late.
Through my journey as a Naturopath, I was shocked at how many patients I treated that did not understand the value of good wholesome food, and how it impacted their health. This was something that really concerned me.
One of the key naturopathic principles is 'prevention is better than cure', so what better place to start than with our food. Food for Health was born from this philosophy.
I am passionate about creating food that is healthy, allergy friendly, and transparent. I want to help people find delicious healthier options and I want, even if in some small way, to improve people's well-being by offering food that is made with nutritious quality ingredients. I am proud that we have no numbers on our ingredient list. These little differences are only small but play a big part in your health.
Now that I am a mum of two beautiful children. my passion for healthier food is stronger than ever.
