Dried cranberries and bananas are mixed with chunky nuts, whole seeds and mixed grains — no less than 27% fruit, seeds and nuts in your bowl for an energising and delicious start to the day.

We start with the mixed grain goodness of rice and corn then toast them with New Zealand bush honey. Tangy cranberries and crunchy banana chips are added for natural taste and goodness. Toasted buckwheat, cashews, pumpkin seeds, almonds, linseeds, sunflower seeds and a hint of cinnamon complete the taste.
