Life is a precious gift, something we can lose sight of when challenges come. Mine came after the birth of my daughter Amy, who has a rare genetic disability. My optimism and faith in life was severely challenged. It took time to search inside myself and reconnect to a way of life that could take me forwards.
I believe it begins with nourishing yourself for life, with good food, counting your blessings and sharing these with others. Finding what you are passionate about and working for something greater than yourself.
Table of Plenty was born from this philosophy, to create food that nourishes our bodies with authentic, natural and tasty ingredients and to help others move from surviving to thriving.
It is now our mission to live this every day.
Feel free to contact me personally to share your experience of Table of Plenty. I would love to hear from you.
Why mini rice cakes?
As a mother of two, I am constantly searching for a treat for myself and my children that won't come back in the lunchbox! When I experimented with covering rice cakes with chocolate or yoghurt I really liked the result. They taste so good and you still get the wholegrain rice cake. They are made with pure cocoa butter and no palm oil. With only 17 calories per cake, you can choose how many you eat.. if you can stop! I hope you and your family love them as much as we do.
