How to bake brie
1 of 6
Place brie on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Once cooked, use the baking paper to transfer the baked brie to a serving board as the cheese will be soft and delicate.
2 of 6
To keep the brie warm while serving, bake the brie in a small baking dish with a lid that just covers the cheese.
3 of 6
Don’t remove the rind from the top of the brie before baking. The rind serves as a binder and stops the soft cheese from melting everywhere.
4 of 6
Score the rind to allow the brie to cook evenly.
5 of 6
Bake in a preheated 200°C/180°C fan-forced oven for 12 minutes or cook in an air fryer at 180°C for 6 minutes.
6 of 6
Stand brie for 2 minutes before serving to allow it to firm up a little.
