1. How do I download and set up the Everyday Rewards app?
To get set up, simply follow these steps:
Ensure you have a compatible device. The Everyday Rewards app can be added to mobile and tablet devices running on Android OS version 6.0 and above, and iOS version 12.0 and above.
Download the Everyday Rewards app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Log in with either your 13-digit Everyday Rewards Card number (starting with 9) or your email.
Enter the 6-digit one-time code sent to your mobile phone or email. If you don’t receive this code, tap “send a new code” or “Email me the code instead.” Check your junk folder.
Once you complete the secure log in, you’re ready to go!
If you haven’t registered your Everyday Rewards account and are using a temporary paper card, register your card before using the app.
2. What devices are compatible with the Everyday Rewards app?
The app can be added to mobile and tablet devices running on Android OS 6.0 and above, and iOS 12.0 and above.
3. I’m having trouble downloading the app.
If you have difficulties downloading the app:
Check that your device is on the required OS or iOS version.
Check that your Google Play or App Store is configured for Australia.
Ensure you have enough space on your device.
Check that you have a good internet connection.
Try restarting your phone and downloading again.
4. I’m having trouble logging into the Everyday Rewards app.
If you’ve installed the app but can’t log in, first log in at everydayrewards.com.au and:
Ensure your contact details (email and phone number) are up to date under “My Account” → “My Details.”
Reset your password under “Cards & Accounts” → “Change your password.”
Then try logging in again with your card number or email and follow the verification code process. Check junk folders if needed.
5. How long does it take for my points from a recent shop to show up in the app?
You can see collected points at Woolworths, BWS, BIG W, and participating Caltex and EG locations.
Usually takes up to 3 days to appear, but may take up to 2 weeks.
Caltex locations: up to 5 business days.
BWS click & collect: up to 2 weeks.
Points boosters: up to 7 business days (unless otherwise specified).
Note: EG locations in Tasmania are excluded.
6. Will I be able to see the total amount of points I have scored per points booster in my account history in the app?
Yes. You can see a 90-day history of your points and transactions under the “Activity” tab.
7. What boosters are available in the Everyday Rewards app? Are they different from what I get via email, social media and receipts?
The app gives you access to points boosters, extras, and faves you would normally receive via email or social media. You can boost and track them in the app, but there may also be extra offers on receipts or emails.
8. How do I view, boost (activate) and track booster offers in the app?
Log in and tap “For You” to view boosters.
To activate, tap a booster and press “Boost.” Do this at least 2 hours before shopping.
Booster statuses:
Boost: Offer needs activation.
Boosted: Activated and ready to use.
Completed: You qualified for the reward.
Pending: Waiting for update.
Ended: Offer period over.
Missed: Requirements not met.
Allow up to 7 days for updates.
9. Can I use the Everyday Rewards app to scan my card in-stores?
Yes. Tap “Card” in the app to display your barcode for scanning.
You can also add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Pay to tap and collect points at checkout.
10. What do eReceipts in the app show?
eReceipts let you check out with less contact and view:
Total purchases and savings
Products purchased
Points earned
Charity donations
Parking vouchers
They currently don’t show:
Parking vouchers
Fuel vouchers
Charity donations
Special offers shown on printed receipts
You can still request a printed receipt in-store.
11. What can I view eReceipts for?
eReceipts are available for in-store shops at Woolworths Supermarkets and Metro stores (not online). More features will be added in future.
12. How do I see my eReceipts in the app?
Make sure you scanned or tapped your card in-store, then:
Go to the “Activity” tab.
Select your Woolworths transaction.
View your eReceipt.
13. When will my eReceipts from a shop appear in the app?
Available for shops from 1 May 2020 onward.
May take up to 2 hours to appear (up to 24 hours in some cases).
eReceipts remain available for 14 months and can be downloaded as PDFs.
14. Do I need to do anything in-store to use eReceipts instead of printed receipts?
If you scanned or tapped your card, your eReceipt will appear automatically.
You can also opt out of paper receipts in the app’s settings.
15. Do parking & fuel vouchers or charity donations appear on eReceipts?
No. eReceipts currently don’t show:
Parking vouchers
Fuel vouchers
Charity donations
Printed receipt offers
Take a printed receipt if you need these details.
16. How do I opt out of paper receipts through the app?
Go to “Account” → “Receipt Preferences.”
Toggle to receive eReceipts only.
If you don’t see this option, update to version 2.7 or restart the app.
