How to pick
Look for Broccolini® heads or bunches that are bright or dark green in colour, with a springy, tight head and firm stems. The flowers should be in bud rather than full bloom.

Store Broccolini® loose in the crisper drawer of your fridge for up to one week.

Grill, steam or add Broccolini® to stir-fries. Since it’s entirely edible, simply rinse and enjoy.
