How to pan fry crispy barramundi

1. Remove Barramundi from packaging

2. Pat the skin side very dry with paper towel, then season with salt just before cooking

3. Preheat an oiled fry pan on medium heat.

4. Once the pan is hot, cook for 7 minutes, skin side down. Turn and cook for a further 5 minutes.

5. Remove from pan and rest for 2 minutes.

Product must be fully cooked before eating.

Oven Method

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (fan forced).

2. Remove Barramundi from the packaging and lightly spray with oil.

3. Place on a lined baking tray and cook for 10 minutes, turning half way.
