Pan Fry Method
1. Preheat an oiled fry pan on medium heat.
2. Remove salmon from packaging.
3. Place skin side down in the pan.
4. Cook for 3–4 minutes (280g or 460g ) or 6–7 minutes (200g portions).
5. Turn and cook for a further 3–4 minutes (for 280g or 460g ) or 6 minutes (for 200g portions), or to your liking.
6. Remove from pan and rest for 2 minutes.
7. Season to taste.
Product must be fully cooked before eating.

Oven Method
1. Preheat Fan Forced Oven to 200°C.
2. Remove salmon from packaging and lightly spray with oil.
3. Place on a lined baking tray.
4. Cook for 14 minutes (280g or 460g), or 18–20 minutes for 200g portions, or until cooked to your liking.
5. Season to taste
Product must be fully cooked before eating.

For a flavour burst: Rub fresh salmon with salt, sugar, and lemon or lime zest. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes before cooking.
