FitnessLAB 40kg Adjustable Dumbbell set's ergonomic design makes it the most space-efficient and flexible strength-training option available. With just the turn of a dial, you can automatically change your resistance on each dumbbell from 5kg (10lb) all the way up to 40kg (90lbkg) each. It adjusts in 1.2kg (2.5lb) increments up to 11.5kg (25lb) and then in 5kg (10lb) increments, enabling you to gradually increase your strength while training with the perfect weight to push your limits. Brilliantly effective while performing super sets and drop sets as there is minimal wastage of time as you go through different phases of your circuit, switching from one exercise to the next.
Please Note: FitnessLAB 40kg Adjustable Dumbbells are not suitable for performing overhead exercises for example dumbbell military press, standing triceps extensions etc. Weight markings on the change dial are approximation only. Actual markings may vary from as shown in above images.
