1. Spread Samba Natural Firelighters onto the base of the barbeque. 2. Arrange Samba Lump Charcoal BBQ Fuel into a pile on top of the Samba Firelighters. 3. Light the firelighters using matches or a gas lighter. 4. Relax for approx 15 minutes and wait for the Samba Lump Charcoal BBQ Fuel to turn ash grey or fire red before placing any meat or fish onto the grill rack to cook. 5. Indirect cooking - position Samba Lump Charcoal BBQ Fuel on each side of the BBQ and cook on grill. 6. Direct cooking - spread Samba Lump Charcoal BBQ Fuel evenly with tongs and cook on grill.
