Heat: Microwave (800w): Distribute gel evenly and then lay gel pack flat in a clean microwave. Microwave it for up to 45 seconds. Wrap it in clean cloth and apply to affected areas. Allow to cool completely before reheating. Hot Water: Place gel pack in a hot (max 80c, not boiling) water for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from hot water and allow it to dry and then wrap in a clean cloth to apply to affected areas. Cold: Place gel pack in freezer for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Remove it from freezer and wrap it in a clean cloth & apply to affected areas.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
