Steam - Do not defrost. Lightly spray surface of steamer with oil and line with baking paper. Steam over boiling water for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve - Handle cooked soup dumpling with care as these break easily.
Allow to stand for 1 - 2 minutes before serving.
