• We use registered shipping on most packages. 99% of products are dispatched within 1-2 business day, please allow 2-14 business days for delivery. (Once in the hands of the couriers, freight times are outside of our control, as Australia is a large and diverse country)

• A tracking number will be e-mailed once the item is dispatched, shipping record can be tracked online.

• If no one is home to sign for the article; a card will be left and the item will need to be picked up from the local depot.
