The powder-coated steel frames make the table and chairs strong and sturdy, and thanks to their lightweight constructions, all items are easy to move around. Thanks to the weather-resistant PE rattan, the dining set is easy to clean. The tempered glass table top is also easy to clean with a damp cloth. The thick, soft cushions with cotton fibre filling are highly comfortable and made of polyester. The removable and washable covers are equipped with zips. The stools can be placed neatly underneath the table when not in use to save space.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.

Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
