Scanpan Impact 36cm Covered Wok With Lid
With many years of experience, SCANPAN's Danish designers have developed the popular stainless steel Impact range with all the features you would expect from SCANPAN. This 36cm Covered Wok is an elegant piece ideal for Asian cooking with its stylish two-tone matt/polished appearance with a glass lid to enable easy viewing of your cooking in progress. The optimal 6.4mm thick bonded sandwich base ensures optimal heat distribution. Compatible with all energy sources including induction, this range is as wide as it is popular. The rim design allows for drip-free pouring and the handles are secured with stainless steel rivets. The contemporary satin finish suits all kitchen decor and with the internal capacity markings on a polished internal finish making measurement easy and accurate.

Maintenance and Care:
- Before First Use - Wash the pan in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth/brush. Do not use harsh scourers
- Routine Cleaning - After cooking, do not put cold water in a hot pan; wait until cool, remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and nylon cloth/brush; Heat tint or streak marks can be caused by excessive high heat. Do NOT use excessive high heat. To remove streak marks, mix 2 tablespoons of bi-carb soda with water to create a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as normal.
- Whilst the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend the life of the product. For even better results, use the SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner for an "as new" finish.

Returns Policy
1. You changed your mind
- We offer a generous 30 day return policy for change of mind on selected items only. Some products cannot be returned due to health and sanitary reasons. Please check the listing first, and if returns are accepted, then you are welcome to return it to us up to 30 days after you received it for your choice of exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery costs.
- Items returned must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging. Products must be unopened with original manufacturer seals still intact, or we cannot accept them back.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement product back to you.
2. You received the wrong item, or it arrived damaged
- All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If you have received the wrong product or your item arrives damaged, we will replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please send us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.
- Please note that it is important to inspect your order as soon as you receive it and promptly notify us of any damage. We appreciate your attention to this matter and encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues with your order.
- Please take photographs of the damage and send us an email so we can report it to our insurer, carrier and fulfillment team.
3. The item is faulty
- Should your product be faulty, we will happily replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) excluding original delivery costs.
