With knife guides for perfect sandwich or toasting thickness, this guide let's you divide a loaf up to seventeen even slices. Ideal for homemade bread as well as your favourite store bought bread, the guide is made from durable food-safe plastic. The guide with its precision guide slots allows the bread to be held firmly so it does not slip and directs your knife to cut evenly at the desired thickness. We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within a reasonable time. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.
Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind
Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item.
