Delivery time is 3-14 business days from dispatch depending on where you are in Australia. Please also allow 1-2 business days for processing of your order. We endeavour to process our orders as quickly as possible. All deliveries are issued with a tracking number to track your parcel.
Please note that if the parcel is returned to the sender due to the wrong address being provided, you will need to pay a $10 restocking fee and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from your total refund. Once the returned to sender parcel is received we will send out a notification email to confirm the correct address, and we will keep your stock for two weeks only if we don't get a response from you. If the cancel or exchange requests are made after the dispatching a $10 restocking fee will also be charged.
Warranty Policy
- All products come with a 3-month warranty against defective materials and workmanship.
- The warranty does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter colored sheepskin may pickup inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discoloration is not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
- Because sheepskin is a natural product there may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character. These characteristics may cause variations in the wear of some sheepskin products. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
Returns Policy
- Items can only be returned for refund. Refunds are available within 30 days of receiving your shipment on full price items only. Sale/promotional purchases cannot be returned for refund. To receive a refund the item must be in its original condition with the tags on and not been worn washed damaged or altered.
- If your item wasn't the right size or you'd like a different colour or style then simply place a new order and return your original item for a refund. As the buyer you would be required to pay for the postage costs back to us.
