Hyper Fetch Mini Dog Ball Launcher - Automatic Interactive Indoor Small Pet Toy

The Hyper Fetch Mini is an automatic ball launcher for small dogs and cats that enjoy fun fetch-style play. It launches mini tennis balls at selectable distances of 3m, 6m, or 9m and can be used indoors or on flat outdoor surfaces.

Drop a mini ball into the top chute and the launcher will fire automatically (sensor scan delay approx 5 seconds). The compact Mini size is apartment-friendly and lighter than previous versions, and it can run on either the included AU adaptor or 6 x C alkaline batteries (not included) for portable use.

RETURNS POLICY

We provide 30 days money back guarantee for all our products. For certain products, we have extended money back guarantee up to 6 months and even 12 months (refer to the individual product descriptions for more info). Please contact us to make a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee could apply.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

• Book with obvious signs of use
• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Some items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a reply paid address so you don't have to pay for return postage.
