Returns Policy

We accept returns for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. All returns must be authorised by our customer service team before being sent back.

Please note the following:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• For change of mind returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancelling an order in transit will be treated as a change of mind return.

Warranty Policy

When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

• refunded
