How to clean a non-stick grill:
- Once you've finished cooking, make sure to unplug the grill and spray a tiny amount of water while the surface is still warm. Once the surface has completely cooled, simply wipe the grill surface with some damp paper towels, sponge or cloth.
- You can immerse the grill surface in water but make sure not to splash any water into the power socket for safety purposes.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads or caustic cleaners as they may damage the non-stick surface.
- Note: This product is intended for personal use only. It is also not intended for commercial purposes. Our grills automatically lower in temperature during use and are not suitable for cooking food that requires constant high heat.

Warranty Policy
All our prouducts include a warranty. Our products are generally offered with a 12-month warranty. However, some products will be provided with an extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.
You will need to notify us within 30 working days in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without approval by us.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
Returns Policy
To give you the complete peace of mind, we offer a 14-Day Change of Mind Policy. With a 15% restocking fee, you have the option to return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging that you bought from us for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Change of Mind Policy does not apply to bonus or discounted items
- The item cannot be opened, used, worn or damaged, and at in 100% re-sealable condition when we receive the item.
- Please do not stick or write anything on the item or its packaging. You can only place a postage sticker on the outer postage packaging.
