Limited Warranty Policy
Our products are designed to ensure satisfaction and service during their natural life. Covers are intended to protect your device, and their longevity will vary depending on usage and care. iCoverLover warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months (unless stated otherwise in the product description) from the original date of purchase. Screen protectors are warranted for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase.
This limited warranty does not cover defects resulting from product misuse, neglect, abuse, tampering, alterations, incorrect installation, or unauthorized repairs. iCoverLover will replace any faulty items free of charge during the warranty period. Please note that all wooden iPhone cases must be handled with care, as wood is a delicate material. Dropping or otherwise neglecting your wooden case may result in damage.
If your product is faulty, damaged on arrival (DOA), or develops an issue within the warranty period, please contact us for assistance. Customers are not responsible for return postage costs for faulty, DOA, or defective products. We will provide a reasonable remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC), which may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect.
Returns Policy (Change of Mind - COM)
We understand that mistakes happen, which is why we accept returns for change of mind within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. If you decide to return an item, it must be in its original condition, including the free screen protector and splash-resistant phone bag if applicable, and sent back to us for an exchange or refund.
Return postage, freight, and associated costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. If the item/s have been used, we cannot honour a return for change of mind. The product/s must be returned in their original condition. If the packaging is damaged during the return delivery, a 50% deduction may be applied. Please ensure items are wrapped and packaged securely.
If you are unsure about the condition of your item, please email us before returning it to avoid unnecessary expenses.
Customers are responsible for all change-of-mind returns. We are not responsible for any missing parcels sent back to our warehouse, and we strongly recommend providing an Australia Post or courier tracking number for your returns.
Important Notes:
Refunds cannot be issued as store credit or gift cards.
Refunds are available for faulty items regardless of whether they were purchased at a sale price.
There is no fixed time frame for reporting faulty or damaged-on-arrival (DOA) items. We will provide a reasonable remedy for all product issues in accordance with the ACCC.
Customers are not required to pay return postage for faulty, DOA, or defective items.
