Care and Use

Wipe and dry the interior daily. Operate up to 8 hours per day and avoid leaving towels inside for more than 2 hours. Always ensure towels are inside while operating. A mild odour may occur when warming damp towels; keep the unit in a well-ventilated area.

Important Note

Before first use, wipe the interior with a slightly damp towel to remove protective residue. Clean daily after use to prevent buildup or rust. If marks appear, gently wipe with a mild cleaner. Always keep the unit dry and ventilated to maintain performance and longevity.

Handling time: 

After you place your order, it takes us only 1-2 business days to pick and pack your order and get it picked up by the relevant courier. 

Delivery times: 

Average shipping time is 1-5 business days for metro areas and 3-10 Business days for regional areas. Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for certain products, your order eligibility and express charge will be confirmed at checkout. 

Please note transit times may vary depending on the delivery area and any disruptions to the postal network. 

RETURNS POLICY

We provide 30 days money back guarantee for all our products. For certain products, we have extended money back guarantee up to 6 months and even 12 months (refer to the individual product descriptions for more info). Please contact us to make a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee could apply.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

• Book with obvious signs of use
• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Some items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a reply paid address so you don't have to pay for return postage.
