Orku Magnesium Chloride Flakes are sourced from the mineral-rich Tibetan Plateau and supplied in white flake form for cosmetic and bath applications. Commonly used in bath soaks, foot soaks, salt scrubs and DIY body care routines, these high purity flakes dissolve easily in water and can be blended with essential oils and other ingredients.

Formulated to FCC, USP and BP specifications, these Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate flakes feature an assay specification of 99.1 - 100%. Approved by Australian Certified Organic (ACO) for use in certified organic and bio-dynamic products.

RETURNS POLICY

We provide 30 days money back guarantee for all our products. For certain products, we have extended money back guarantee up to 6 months and even 12 months (refer to the individual product descriptions for more info). Please contact us to make a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee could apply.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

• Book with obvious signs of use
• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Some items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a reply paid address so you don't have to pay for return postage.
