Personal care Adults only: For temporary relief of coughs, symptoms of colds and flu, and associated fever, add 5mL (1 capful) to 500 mL of hot water and inhale steam. Sprinkle a few drops on a handkerchief, in bath or on pillow for additional relief. Massage into chest and back for a topical rub. For Children, mix with equal parts of vegetable oil. Not suitable for children under 2 years of age without medical advice. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner. These claims are based on traditional aromatherapy
