Windows:The included Guitar Rig software is trial and will expire after 3 days. To continue using you can either:
- Purchase a registered version of Guitar Rig,
- Download the free version (Guitar Rig 3 GO), or;
- Use a 3rd party software like GTR Solo, Voxengo Boogex, Audacity, Kore 2 Player, Dirthead, Zinf, Freeamp and many others.
Mac:You can use the USB Guitar Link with GarageBand, or you can download the free Guitar Rig 3 GO.

Precision Audio Returns policy
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase if the product is unopened/unused. Buyer pays return postage. * Excludes microphones and Karaoke Speaker systems. Please contact us first for confirmation.
We offer a full 12-month warranty on all items. If you believe an item is faulty please contact us with a photo or video, including a detailed explanation of the problem.
If we're unable to remedy the fault we will provide a return label and a refund issued or replacement sent out once the item is received at our warehouse.
If no fault is found we will refund the full amount less $15.
