Discovery Channel Create Your Own 3D Globe

Be the master of your creation with this Create Your Own Globe set. Containing everything you need to build your own personalized version of the Earth, either with landmarks or a star map, this is a unique gift that does allow you to change the world your way.

A build-your-own set, the globe comes with everything you need to construct your own stand and axis, plus two different globe maps representing day and night for you to fix and slot into place. The 'day' map features a standard map of the Earth, with all the world's major landmarks labelled. The 'night' map is based on the night sky and features the major star constellations accurately portrayed and labelled, for an impressive alternative to the standard globe. Both maps are easy to assemble, with double-sided tape and instructions provided.

CHANGE OF MIND

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Most products come with a 7 day change of mind policy, please contact us for return approval. You have 7 days period to return the product, you will have to bear return postage with a tracking number Once received and inspected, you will be refunded the transaction amount minus the original postage cost (we will advise once we inspect the product) minus $2 handling fee.

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

• Orignal postage and $2 handling fee will apply

   

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEM 

We do our best to package products with minimal chance of sustaining an injury while travelling to you. Sadly, we don't always win. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped in an unfortunate event, please take photos or video illustrating the damage/problem and contact us as soon as possible of any damage on delivery concerns, each case will be assessed on an individual basis. We will work with you to find an outcome that you're happy with. We will send out a replacement ASAP or offer a partial refund.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, broken or otherwise non-compliant with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us and our customer care team will look after you.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

OUR RIGHTS

We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us and where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use following manufacturer's instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
