• NON QUICK RELEASE: Prevent removing wheels by hands. You must use wrench tool (included) to remove the wheels. Light weight and more secure than regular quick release axles. Use the included special combination tool to lock/release the skewers.
• SPECIFICATION: Front Axle: 5mm x 110mm. Rear Axle: 5mm x 148mm . Seatpost Axle: 27mm.
• LONG LASTING: The skewers will be never broken or rusted. (Please apply some grease initially).

• Return items in original condition - include all product tags, labels & original packaging ready for resale.
• Items must be sent back in a postage box or bag - Do not attach address labels directly to the product box.
• If the item is not returned in its original sale condition CyclingDeal can refuse to accept the return or charge a restocking fee.
• Please return items within 30 days of purchase.
• CyclingDeal will process all returns within 2 working days of receiving the returned goods.
• CyclingDeal does not process exchanges. Our returns team will refund your order on arrival. If you would like a different size or replacement product please place a new order.

• CyclingDeal will usually process returns within two (2) working days of receiving the returned goods back.
• For warranties, please return within the products warranty period commencing from the date of successful receipt.

Warranties will usually be processed by our customer service team within two (2) working days. The time to complete a warranty claim will vary depending on the relevant supplier.

REFUNDS

• Refunds will usually be processed within two (2) working days of approval.
• Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order.
• Refunds of items purchased will only ever be refunded at the rate purchased.
• Please allow up to five (5) days after CyclingDeal has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.
