Simply contact us to let us know and one of our friendly staff will assist you. Once we receive the item(s) back at our warehouse, we will then refund the full product cost back to you. We recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Please package the item to be returned in its original unopened brand new condition, ready to be put back on the shelf.
Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
