Aloveen Oatmeal Shampoo 1 Litre + Aloveen Intensive Conditioner 500ml

Active ingredients:

• 2% oatmeal extract - a stabilised suspension of superfine colloidal oatmeal, renowned for its soothing, anti-itch properties
• Aloveen also contains: - an emollient and cooling aloe vera gel

Actions:

• Aloveen shampoo contains a gently cleansing shampoo base, which removes dirt, chemicals and allergens from the coat without irritating the skin.
• Aloveen shampoo contains superfine colloidal oatmeal, in a stable suspension that doesn't separate out and guarantees an even dose throughout the life of the bottle.
• Oatmeals soothing properties are specifically indicated for animals with itchy, dry skin.
• Aloveen intensive conditioner is a unique, concentrated residual conditioner, specifically designed as a leave on product for deeper conditioning, and to prolong the soothing effects of aloveen shampoo.
• Aloveen intensive conditioner restores natural skin moisture leaving a glossy, tangle-free coat with a warm pleasant fragrance.

Directions for use:

• First wet the coat and apply aloveen shampoo on to the animal at several points, and massage in gently. A sponge may assist lathering and penetration of the coat.
• Leave on for 5 minutes, to allow the soothing properties of oatmeal to take effect.
• Rinse thoroughly.
• Apply aloveen intensive conditioner sparingly* to the coat at several points.
• Massage in gently.
• Aloveen intensive conditioner can be rinsed lightly or left on the coat.
• Dry and brush the coat as normal.

However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays.

Pet Station reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations. If you are located in a remote or rural area & you place an order we will contact you to try work out a solution for you, we may be able to deliver your parcel to a town near you. If we are unable to find a solution you will be issued with a full refund.

Change of Mind:

• Pet Station will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding freight charges) Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.
• Please contact us in the event that you're not satisfied with your purchase or service we have provided as we're more than happy to work with you to ensure a positive experience.
• All returns are subject to inspection by Pet Station and must be returned to the address shown on the invoice at the consumer’s expense for inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
• No liability will be attached to Pet Station for any loss of profits and/or any other loss, damage or expense arising out of any defect from supplied componentry.

Warranty:

If you received a damaged shipment, product and/or faulty item, please send through photos of the damaged item(s) and include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
