1: This product doesn't fit versions later than Macbook Pro 2016 & Macbook Air 2018.

2: There are two different connectors for the Apple laptop, one is Mini DVI which is for the old version and Mini displayport which is for the new version. Before bidding, please check your manual and confirm that the connector of your Macbook is Mini DVI Port.

3: Can only convert signal from Mini DisplayPort to HDTV. This is not a bi-directional cable.

Returns / Change of Mind Policy

We are happy to accept items back for an exchange or refund for Change of mind within 14 days once item delivered. For Change of Mind order, applicable freight fees will be deducted from the refund and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in a sellable condition and the original packaging undamaged. 

Please report damanged ASAP once item delivered.

For wrong or incomplete address order with failure delivery, the customer has the full responsibility, we are not responsible for any wrong or incomplete address postage, additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty. If the item is damaged during delivery and photos can be provided, we will arrange a replacement if the stock is available or issue a refund.
