Warm Tips for you when using RENPHO Bluetooth Scale:
- Not recommend for anyone who is pregnant, pacemaker or other internal body devices.
- Measurements should only be used for references. For medical purposes, consult a medical professional.
- Place scale on a hard, flat floor. Avoid any carpet.
- If the scale cannot wake up with fully charged, please press the reset button on the back of the device.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone. For Android 6.0+, you must turn on location.
- Your feet should be dry and bare and be touching all 4 electrode areas.
- Enter actual personal information before use.
- Body fat percentage measurements intended for users between 10 and 80-years-old.

Warranty Policy
For our branded products, we have different warranty period between 18-24 months for differnt brand. If there is any issue with the product, we will assist the customer first for trouble shooting. We may ask customer to send us a video or ask them to return the item back to us for testing. If the product is faulty and under warranty condition, we will process the replacement unit for the customer.
Returns Policy
We accept the return item in original package and resellable condition, 20% restocking fee may be applied. If there is any damage on product package/product, or the item has been used and not in resellable condition, we may refuse to accept return. We offer 30 days for Change of Mind return.
