Please note that the motor gets heated when the truck has been driven for a long time. We recommend you pause intermittently after 15 mins driving.

Warranty Policy

For our branded products, we have different warranty period between 18-24 months for differnt brand. If there is any issue with the product, we will assist the customer first for trouble shooting. We may ask customer to send us a video or ask them to return the item back to us for testing. If the product is faulty and under warranty condition, we will process the replacement unit for the customer.

Returns Policy

We accept the return item in original package and resellable condition, 20% restocking fee may be applied. If there is any damage on product package/product, or the item has been used and not in resellable condition, we may refuse to accept return. We offer 30 days for Change of Mind return.
