1. The birdbath pump is driven directly by the sunlight. So it will only work when it collected enough sunlight. As the power of the solar panel depends on the sunlight, the pump is also affected by weather, seasons, places, etc. Peeling off the plastic film protector on the surface will make it absorb sunlight better;
2. Don't make the solar fountain pump work without water for a long time or its lifespan will be shortened;
3. Clean the solar water pump regularly and keep the solar panel clean;
4. The garden birdbath and birdbath stand are not included.

Damaged item received and Product issues
We make it simple and easy, if there is any problem with your product, all that is required are photos or a short video demonstrating the product fault and once we confirm the issue, we will replace the item or refund the amount to your original method of payment. That simple!
We provide warranty from 6 months to 1 Year dependent on the product.
