• Caution!
• Please be sure to protect the handle, the handle is a precise device!
• 1. Do not idle the handle, load the drill bit;
• 2. Non-original parts are strictly prohibited;
• 3. Don't bump hard especially the grip, don't drop to the ground directly;
• 4. Please keep the use environment dry, bearing is prohibited to oil and water;
• 5. Use goggles to prevent dust from spraying into your eyes;
• 6. The drill bit will wear out gradually. Please remove the old drill bit and replace it.
  7. Be sure to turn off the power when not in use for safety.

• Kind Reminder:
• 1.Due to the different monitor and light effect, the actual colour of the item might be slightly different from the colour showed on the pictures.
• 2.There is 1-3mm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.
• 3.There are different versions of grinding heads and they will be sent by random.

• During the festival, the store will operate normally and the goods can be delivered normally (please note that the logistics time may be slow during the festival, which is a normal phenomenon, thank you).

• All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney.

• Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

• Remote areas will required longer delivery time.

• If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

• We can also provide tax invoice，if you need it.

• This item comes with a warranty for cartridge and a free replacement warranty on the installation parts (such as cartridges screws nuts etc). The warranty period for bathroom products is 5 years, while the rest of the other products are 1 year upon delivery receipt.

• To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below: 

Contact Us with your order number, provide photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• If there is a problem with the item, Please contact us of receiving the goods. If you do not contact us in time, you will bear the consequences of damage to the goods.

• If the problem with a product is minor, we may provide simple repair instructions to customer, in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns initiated.

• If there is a problem of the product,we will provide prepaid label to customer, customer may choose refund or a replacement.

• If there is no problem with the product, or for customer reasons (buy by mistake or change of mind), the customer needs to pay postage to return plus 15% of restocking fee of the product price.

• Change of mind return is acceptable within 30 days upon delivery receipt.

• Items that are not installed by a licensed plumber(or licensed electrician) will not be warranted.

• We will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of any item and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation or a damaged or incorrect unit has been installed.

• If product has marks, chips or imperfections, missing components or is not what was purchased, and is deemed unacceptable and/or has been damaged in transit, the product should not be installed.
