IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. It can not be used with a case on the MacBook
2. To get a better experience, charging via MacBook original PD charger when you are using the usb c adapter.
3. For a stable connection, do not use this mac adapter with high power consumption devices. It supports one hard drive max and does not support Apple USB Super Drive.
4. Only supports the FAT32 format not for NTFS and requires power support when connecting the hard disk
5. It is not recommended to use USB 3.0 Type-A ports for charging. The USB 3.0 port is used for data transfer.
6. It may feel warm to the touch during use. Don't worry as thermal energy is generated when the electronic device is in operation.
7. The final resolution performance of HDMI output depends on the resolution supported of your host devices. (Only when your laptop and monitors support 4K resolution, the video output will be 4K)

Warranty Policy
For our branded products, we have different warranty period between 18-24 months for differnt brand. If there is any issue with the product, we will assist the customer first for trouble shooting. We may ask customer to send us a video or ask them to return the item back to us for testing. If the product is faulty and under warranty condition, we will process the replacement unit for the customer.
Returns Policy
We accept the return item in original package and resellable condition, 20% restocking fee may be applied. If there is any damage on product package/product, or the item has been used and not in resellable condition, we may refuse to accept return. We offer 30 days for Change of Mind return.
