• RETURNS:
  • All returns must be approved by Always Direct before the item is sent back. Where appropriate, you will be issued with a return form. The return offer is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
  • If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If goods are delivered faulty or not of acceptable quality (DOA), please contact us strictly within 14 days of receiving the item for Always Direct to approve a return.
